Artist Statement
This piece is an assemblage and collage of my previous works. These works reflected a multitude of concepts, from line to gradation. I attempted to unite them into a single piece. I used color to create harmony between all of the elements. In addition, T-pins were used to create tension and add depth throughout the piece. This work is angry but broken too, hardly being held together.
